Business and transformation work is rarely about finding the “right” model or framework. More often, it is about making sense of complexity, aligning people, and moving forward when there are no perfect answers. I work with leaders and teams who are navigating transformation, change initiatives, or critical projects in demanding environments. My role is not to take over or deliver solutions for you, but to work with you and your people — helping you clarify direction, make better decisions, and build the capability to deliver results that last. My approach is shaped by more than twenty years of experience in complex, international settings. It combines strategic thinking, project and change management, and a strong focus on people, context, and execution. Everything we work on is grounded in your reality, not theory. How I work Each engagement is tailored to your situation and usually combines consulting, coaching, and facilitation if necessary. Depending on your needs, I may support you in: - Clarifying objectives, scope, and priorities - Translating strategy into concrete initiatives and roadmaps - Strengthening governance, roles, and decision-making - Supporting sponsors and leaders in their role throughout the change - Aligning stakeholders and addressing resistance or uncertainty - Improving how projects and change are managed in practice We work on real challenges, with real people, as things unfold — not on generic recommendations prepared in isolation. My work often focuses on: - Transformation and change initiatives - Project and program setup, steering, or recovery - Organizational alignment and stakeholder engagement - Leadership support in complex or high-stakes situations - Building internal capability to manage projects and change more effectively Where it adds value, consulting is combined with targeted coaching, workshops, or training — so learning is embedded and progress is visible. My role as a consulting-coach: I don’t replace your teams or act as a distant external expert. I work alongside you — offering structure, perspective, challenge, and support — so your people can take ownership and grow in confidence. The aim is simple: to help you move forward with clarity, energy, and sustainable impact.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please change your booking on the site or contact me at least 24 hours in advance. After the start of the session, I will wait for 10 minutes for you to arrive. In case of no show your session might be fully charged or if used with a voucher, the session might be deducted from your voucher.
