How coaching works Coaching is delivered through confidential one-to-one sessions, tailored to your situation and needs. Typically, we will: - Clarify your leadership context, challenges, and objectives - Define clear goals aligned with your role and organizational reality - Work on real situations you are facing (decisions, conflicts, transitions, change initiatives) - Use questioning, frameworks, and practical tools to create insight and options - Translate reflection into concrete actions you can apply immediately - Review progress, learn from experience, and adapt as your context evolves Sessions are structured but flexible, combining reflection, challenge, and practical guidance. Some areas for example that we can work on together: - Self-awareness and leadership impact — understanding your strengths, blind spots, and how you show up as a leader, we can also use some psychometrics as support (MBTI, PCM, Clifton Strengths) - Direction and goal setting — clarifying priorities, purpose, and focus in complex environments - Decision-making and strategic thinking — navigating uncertainty, trade-offs, and competing demands - Team engagement and leadership presence — building trust, influence, and accountability - Leading change and transformation — strengthening your role as a credible and effective change leader Where useful, coaching can be complemented by targeted work with your leadership team or focusing on specific transformation or project challenges — ensuring your personal development translates into visible impact.
