Service Description
During the training together, we will progressively build: - the sense of urgency/need for change - the case for change (the WHY, WHY not, Gains/Losses, Benefits/Costs) - the change vision and strategic direction (WHAT, WHO, WHEN, HOW) - stakeholder understanding & prioritisation - impact assessments incl. indirectly impacted populations & processes - the underlying assumptions of change (e.g. skills, mindset, motivation) - delivery strategy and generating quick-wins, reinforcement plan - the role of the middle management (CLARC) and how it shows up in practice for each of them individually - the potential sources of resistance per key impacted population and resistance management strategies - and practical change actions & plans linked to the transformation (change matrix, communication plan, training plan, sponsor plan, resistance plan, ADKAR matrix, delivery & reinforcement plan)

You have been nominated by your manager to participate in this training, and your attendance is therefore expected. Should you be unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can plan accordingly and update the participant list if needed. The training will start promptly at the communicated start time. Please ensure that you arrive well in advance to allow yourself time to get settled and be ready to begin without feeling rushed.
